All Groups are 1-1.5 hours in length and kept private with only 5 members. Group therapy has been found to be an effective way of managing mental health while gaining additional support needed. We do not accept insurance for any groups.
Mental Health Group Counseling - Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm
This group offers additional support for those who are already in individual counseling or would like to attend a support group. Group topics focus on skill building for coping with specific disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, major depression disorder, borderline personality disorder, adult ADHD and so on.

Women's Support Group Therapy - Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am
This group that covers topics such as Depression, Anxiety, Healthy Relationships, Stress Management, Communication and much more. Our women's support group is a structured skill building group that gives an opportunity to enhance the therapeutic experience.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a skills-oriented approach that will help you learn how to manage emotions more effectively.
