Rachel is the owner of Grace Counseling, Inc. offering services since 2008 in Parkland and Coral Springs. She practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR Therapy. She believes that therapy should be used as a resource for support through life transitions. Her solution focused approach helps her clients learn how to make changes that are long lasting. She is an expert in both addiction and mental health recovery & is a board certified professional Christian counselor.
Natalie is a bilingual Spanish therapist that will help you explore family, cultural, and interpersonal issues that are affecting you, your relationships, and self-perception, in order to facilitate growth and happiness. She specializes in couples therapy and runs the women's group offered in both English and Spanish.
Nadine specializes in trauma therapy facilitating a healing environment allowing her clients to find resolution. Mrs. Henry practices both her DBT Therapy and EMDR Therapy to help her clients become more effective in managing emotions and achieving personal goals, success and healthy relationships. She offers a DBT program for adolescents and adults.
Stacie has a double Master’s degree in education and mental health counseling which makes the perfect combination for Solution Focused Therapy. Her expertise can help teach you how to change unwanted behaviors, increase positive relationships and learn to manage unpredictable circumstances. She offers a monthly free teacher support group.
Mental Health Group - Wednesdays 6-7:30 pm
This group offers additional support for those who are already in individual counseling or would like to attend bi-monthly support groups. Our therapists will coordinate treatment goals with private clinicians to ensure that group is a compliment to private therapy.
Women's Support Group - Wednesdays 10-11:30 am
This group that covers topics such as Depression, Anxiety, Healthy Relationships, Stress Management, Communication and much more. Our women's support group is a structured skill building group that gives an opportunity to enhance the therapeutic experience.
