Requesting a Professional Letter
If you are an existing client and need a letter written by Dr. Rachel Rowitt, the fee for this service is $75.00. Letters may include factual details about your treatment, such as:
- Dates of service
- Treatment goals and progress summaries
- Diagnosis (if applicable)
Please note that letters cannot include recommendations, evaluations, or opinions outside the scope of factual documentation.
Confidentiality and Release Requirements
In order to send a letter to a third party (e.g., an employer, school, attorney, or medical provider), a signed Release of Information must be completed. This ensures your privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Processing and Delivery
After payment is received, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for completion. A secure, emailed copy of the letter will be provided once finalized.
